How it works
A clear path from contact to claim submission
- 01
Contact VVS
Reach out through our contact form or by phone. Tell us about your situation—new claim, increase request, or appeal—and we'll schedule a consultation to discuss your case.
- 02
Medical & Military History Review
Jessica reviews your service records, medical history, and any previous VA decisions. This thorough review identifies the strongest path forward for your claim.
- 03
Nexus Letter & DBQ Creation
Based on the review, we create evidence-based documentation—Nexus Letters supported by current medical research and/or DBQs with thorough examinations.
- 04
Submit Your Claim
You submit your Fully Developed Claim with our documentation, or use it to contest an inadequate VA exam. Our documents are formatted to meet VA requirements.
- 05
Ongoing Support
We're here if you need additional documentation for appeals, increases, or new conditions. Our relationship doesn't end when your claim is submitted.
Processing typically takes 2–3 weeks; rush service is available. We provide evidence-based documentation and support mental-health condition claims. We never guarantee claim outcomes.
What to Have Ready
To help us serve you efficiently, please gather any of the following documents you have available. Don't worry if you're missing some—we can work with what you have.
- DD-214 or service records
- Medical records (military and civilian)
- Previous VA rating decisions
- Denial letters (if appealing)
- Buddy statements (if available)
- List of conditions you're claiming
