Meet Jessica Frazier, DNP, APRN
FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC · USAF Capt. (Ret.) — a veteran helping veterans
I've seen both sides—the veteran waiting for benefits and the examiner completing the evaluation. This perspective drives everything I do to help veterans receive fair, accurate assessments.
Jessica Frazier proudly served in the U.S. Army, then went on to retire as a military flight nurse in the U.S. Air Force. Her years in uniform gave her a deep understanding of the physical and mental demands placed on military personnel.
This firsthand experience shapes her approach to every veteran she works with—she understands the unique challenges of military service and the conditions that can result from it.
As a dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner (Family Practice and Acute Care) with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, Jessica brings advanced clinical knowledge to every evaluation.
As a former VA C&P examiner, she understands exactly what the VA looks for—and what's often missing from denied claims. This insider knowledge allows her to create documentation that speaks directly to VA requirements while accurately representing each veteran's condition.
After witnessing too many veterans struggle with the VA system—including herself, her dad, her husband, and her battle buddies—receiving inconsistent exams, complex paperwork, and unjust denials, Jessica founded Valor Veterans Services as a nonprofit to make quality medical documentation accessible to all veterans.
Her mission is simple: help every veteran receive accurate, evidence-based documentation that truly reflects their service-connected conditions—regardless of their ability to pay.
